Fill out the application form for his child or copy it if already created Submit the form and wait for a response from the Care Provider If accepted, the care provider will assign an assessor and set a date/time for appointment.
Meet the assessor, contracting team and Approve consent
Assessor will evaluate the child and review the submitted application.Then will choose the services needed and send it to the contracting team to determine the fees and agree on the payment method and consents. Child profile will be created in the care providers database.
