These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user – regardless of their status – and the VGN platform, owned by VGN.Using the platform or creating an account on it constitutes express and final acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained herein without limitation or qualification.

1. Scope of Application and Parties Covered : These terms apply to all users of the Vision platform, including but not limited to: Parents , Providers of educational, therapeutic, or rehabilitation services , Employees of service providers , Any other registered user or user of the platform in any capacity .The user's capacity does not affect the validity or enforceability of these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms : By using the platform or any of its services, you acknowledge that you: Have reviewed the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy  , Understand their content and legal implications , Accept them fully and definitively .If you do not agree to any clause, you must immediately cease using the platform.

3. Account Creation and Management : The user is obligated to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when creating an account. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password. Sharing the account or allowing any third party to use it is prohibited. The platform disclaims all liability for any damages or liabilities arising from unauthorized use of the account.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities : When using the platform, the user agrees to thefollowing: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and bylaws.  Not misuse, disrupt, attempt to hack, or tamper with the platform or its systems. ,Not upload or publish any content that:  Violates regulations or public morals Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy , Contains malware or viruses , Assumes full responsibility for any content, data, reports, or information entered or uploaded.

5. Platform Nature and Professional Disclaimer : The user expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following: Vision Platform is a digital technology intermediary platform only. The platform does not directly provide any educational, therapeutic, medical, or diagnostic services. The platform assumes no professional responsibility for:  Assessments, Reports, Plans ,Services , ResultsThe service provider bears full responsibility for these matters, without any liability on the part of the company.

6. User-Created Content : Each user is fully legally responsible for the content they create or upload. VGN does not review content in advance and does not guarantee its accuracy or validity. VGN reserves the right to remove or disable any violating content without prior notice. The company assumes no legal responsibility for disputes arising between users due to content.

7. Intellectual Property : All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including designs, logos, software, code, databases, and content, are exclusively owned by VGN Software. Copying, reusing, or exploiting any part of the platform without prior written permission is prohibited. Any violation of this will subject the user to legal action.

8. Account Suspension or Termination : The company reserves the full right, without any obligation or liability, to: Suspend, disable, or terminate any account at any time ,Restrict access to the platform, either partially or completely,Delete data in cases of violation of the terms or suspected misuse ,The company's decision is final and not subject to appeal.

9. Limitation of Liability : The user expressly acknowledges the following: Use of the platform is at their own risk, The company shall not be liable for: Direct or indirect losses ,Data loss ,Service interruption ’Damages resulting from misuse ,The company’s maximum potential liability – if any – shall be limited to the value of the paid subscription only.

10. Amendments to Terms : The company reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. The user’s continued use of the platform after the posting of amendments constitutes implicit and final acceptance of them without the need for individual notice.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction : These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Cairo Economic Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to the use of the platform or the services provided through it, unless the parties agree in writing to settle the dispute through arbitration.

The Vision platform (owned by VGN Software) is committed to protecting the privacy of all its users, whether parents or service providers, and is dedicated to processing personal data in accordance with best practices and applicable regulations.This policy explains how data is collected, used, shared, and protected when using the platform.

1. Scope of Application : This policy applies to all users of the Vision platform, including: Parents , Providers of educational, therapeutic, or rehabilitation services , Any other user registered on the platform . Use of the platform constitutes express acceptance of this policy.

2. Data We Collect : First: Parent Data .We may collect and process the following data, including but not limited to: Full Name , Email Address , Mobile Number , Country and Language Settings , Login and User Account Data , Any data voluntarily entered via the application/web . The parent is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the data provided.Second: Children's Data Children's data is collected solely based on what the parent/guardian enters and selects, and includes – but is not limited to: Personal data (name, age, date of birth, nationality, etc.) , Educational data , Health and medical data , Behaviors and skills , Previous assessments, reports, and studies , Attachments (documents, reports, images, etc.) The platform disclaims responsibility for any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data entered by the parent/guardian. Third: Service Provider Data . We may collect the following data from service providers, including but not limited to: Name of the entity or center , License or registration data (if applicable) , Contact information , Data of employees authorized to use the platform , Reports, assessments, and plans created through the platform . The service provider bears full responsibility for the accuracy and professionalism of the content they create or upload. Fourth: Usage Data . We may automatically collect technical data including: Device type and operating system , IP address , Time and date of use , Pages and features accessed , Performance and crash data , This data is used for operational and analytical purposes only.

3. How We Use the Data : We use the collected data for the following purposes: Creating and managing parent and provider accounts , Creating and managing child profiles , Facilitating communication between parents and providers , Enabling providers to generate reports, evaluations, and plans , Sending service-related notifications and alerts , Improving the user experience and developing platform performance , Complying with applicable laws and regulations , The use of data for any of these purposes does not constitute an additional obligation or guarantee of any outcome.

4. Data Sharing : Data may be shared – only when necessary – with: Service providers selected by the parent , Parents, solely for the purpose of monitoring their children , Competent governmental or judicial authorities upon official request , Authorized employees or partners within the VGN platform operating the service

5. Platform Role and Responsibility :  VGN acts as a digital technology intermediary for data management and communication facilitation. VGN assumes no professional, medical, or educational responsibility for the content provided by service providers. The service provider is solely responsible for the accuracy of assessments, reports, plans, and results.

6. Data Protection : VGN takes reasonable security measures to protect data, including: Data encryption during transmission and storage , Intrusion detection and protection systems , Access controls and prevention of unauthorized access , Periodic security reviews , However, users acknowledge that no electronic medium is 100% secure, and VGN disclaims responsibility for any breach beyond its reasonable control.

7. Data Retention : The platform retains data: Throughout the account activity period , Or for as long as necessary to provide the service , Or for the period required by applicable laws , Backups or records may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by law.

8. User Rights: : Both the parent and the service provider have the right to: Access their data , Update or correct data , Delete the account and data . The user has the right to request account deletion through the parent's personal account (personal data) or the service provider's subscription management. To delete the account within the application, VGN will review the request to verify the account holder's identity and protect data from unauthorized access. If there is an active registration request or a link with a service provider, deletion may require reviewing the request status or closing the service link first. This is to ensure the integrity of procedures and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, whether for the parent or service provider. After review, the account will be permanently deleted, and associated data will be deleted, hidden, or archived according to the nature of the data and permissible legal or operational obligations. Once deletion is complete, the account and deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. Cookies : The platform may use cookies and similar technologies to improve performance and analyze usage. Continued use of the platform constitutes implicit consent to this use.

10. Privacy Policy Update : VGN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Return and Refund Policy

VGN Software is committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for its customers. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for canceling subscriptions and refunding fees, ensuring a balance between the rights of the customer and the rights of the company.

1. Cancellation Period : The customer has the right to cancel their subscription within (14) days of the activation date, subject to the following conditions: A 10% administrative and processing fee will be deducted from the total subscription or service price. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer's account balance within the platform or to their original payment method, according to the approved refund mechanism. Cancellation requests can be submitted through:  The customer's account within the platform  , Contacting customer service , Or via the official technical support email

2. Refund in Case of Service Defect : The customer has the right to request a full refund without any deductions within (7) days of the account activation date in the following cases: A technical malfunction or a fundamental defect in the service ,The subscription does not function correctly ,The service does not match the description advertised on the platform ,The service is proven to be counterfeit or inauthentic
Refund Conditions: ,A reasoned refund request explaining the nature of the problem must be submitted ,Requests are subject to technical review by the VGN team ,If approved, the full subscription or service price will be refunded without any deductions. Refund Period: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of (14) business days from the date of approval of the refund request.

3. Replacement or Cancellation within (7) Days : If a replacement or cancellation request is made within 7 days of the activation date, all associated subscription benefits must be returned or canceled, including:
Gifts ,Discounts ,Exceptional Benefits , Discount Codes or Promotional Offers
VGN Software reserves the right to deduct the value of any benefits or transfer fees actually used before cancellation, if applicable.

4. Exceptions : The customer is not entitled to a refund in the following cases:
After the grace periods specified above have expired ,In case of service misuse ,In case of violation of the Terms of Use, If the cancellation is due to an error or negligence on the part of the customer

5. How to Submit a Refund or Return Request: Requests can be submitted through one of the following methods: The customer's account on the VGN platform ,Customer service email
Contacting the authorized customer service number ,The request must include: Account details ,Subscription or service number ,Reason for cancellation or refund

6. Limitation of Liability : All refund requests are subject to review and evaluation by VGN Software. VGN reserves the right to reject the request if the conditions are not met. The company's decision is final after the review process is completed.

7. Policy Amendments : VGN Software reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after the posting of amendments constitutes implicit acceptance of them. 8.
